IRONet 6.1 enhancement: Check-In Watch

This is a new feature of IRONet. Sometimes physics wants to know if a certain patient has already checked-in. For example, if we want to watch an IMRT treatment at the linac or prepare a measurement.

First the patient whose check-in time should be watched has to be specified. The software refreshes the check-in status every 45 seconds. If he/she checks in, an acoustic alarm is triggered, a message is written to a user-specified workstation (S10IRO40 in this example) and WinAmp starts by playing Sam&Dave's song Hold On, I'm Comin'... (until the alarm is acknowledged).

The advantage: one does not have to check the Activity Tracker in Schedule manually. Once the alarm is set, one can stop thinking about it.
