Description: Unshielded p-Type Si diode. We use this detector for relative dosimetry in the water phantom (profiles, depth dose curves, output factors). E.g., TrueBeam output factors (Eclipse beam data) for very small fields (down to 1x1 cm) were measured with this detector.
