Whereas the images for the setup fields are acquired for every fraction, the fluence images for the IMRT fields are only acquired once a week, for forensic reasons, as our boss Dr. Schratter loves to say. This is just to remind you that there are situations where a port image cannot be acquired. Finally it's important to set all setup fields active again before closing the patient, otherwise the dose will not be documented in the patient history. And everything would be in vain.
