The clinical relevance of these hold-offs mainly is a increased occurence of completion on time, if the user on the linac console forgets to increase the time setting. So we found images like this in the Vision database: On the right are the portal images of such a completion on time, and the missing part, that was acquired with the remaining MUs in a partial treatment. On the left is the normal image from a different fraction.
