Description: solid state detector (RNIIRP-Riga diamond detector containing a natural diamond) with small size, high signal and near water equivalence.

Our detector was tested to have the following properties:

• detector response: 0.751 x 10 ^-7 C/Gy (⁶⁰Co)
• sensitive area: 4.6 mm²
• sensitive volume thickness: 0.37 mm
• sensitive volume: 1.7 mm³
• dark current: < 5.0 x 10 ^-13 A
